Privacy Policy

OP Collector ("we", "us", "the site") is a free tool for tracking One Piece Card Game prices and building a collection portfolio and binders. This policy explains what data we handle and why. We aim to collect as little as possible.

Information we collect

• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, general location, device/browser type, referring links). This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.
• Collection data you create. Your portfolio and binders are saved so you can return to them. If you are not signed in, this data is stored only in your own browser (local storage) and never leaves your device. If you sign in, it is synced to our database (Google Firebase / Firestore) so you can access it across devices.
• Account information. If you choose to create an account to sign in or share a binder, our authentication provider (Google Firebase Authentication) processes the email address and sign-in credentials you provide. We do not store your password ourselves.
• Shared binders. If you choose to share a binder, the cards in that binder and the name you gave it become publicly viewable to anyone with the link. Nothing else about your account is exposed.

We do not collect payment information, and we never sell your personal data.

Cookies and similar technologies

• Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics to measure usage.
• Local storage used to keep your portfolio, binders, and preferences in your browser.
• Affiliate cookies. When you click a "Buy on TCGplayer" (or other retailer) link, that retailer or its affiliate network may set a cookie so any resulting purchase is credited to us. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

You can clear cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links to card retailers are affiliate links. If you buy something after clicking one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Prices shown on the site are for reference and may differ from the retailer's checkout price. Full details are in our Affiliate Disclosure.

Third-party services

We rely on the following third parties, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google Analytics & Google Firebase (analytics, authentication, database, hosting)
• TCGplayer and its affiliate network (Impact) — outbound purchase links for English cards
• Card price sources we display data from (e.g. TCGplayer, Cardmarket, Yuyutei, CardRush)

Outbound links and prices are provided for reference. We are not affiliated with Bandai, and "One Piece" and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Your choices and rights

• Anonymous use. You can use the portfolio and binder features without an account; that data stays in your browser.
• Delete local data. Clear your browser's local storage for this site to remove your locally saved portfolio and binders.
• Delete account data. To delete an account and its synced data, contact us at the address below.
• Analytics opt-out. You can use browser settings, extensions, or Google's opt-out tools to limit analytics.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
